Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • commitment to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
  • proven leadership ability with coaching and mentoring skills
  • professional maturity and excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer service
  • manage daily coffeehouse operations including inventory and scheduling
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
  • develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • engage with customers to build meaningful community connections
  • oversee staff training and development programs
