Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Three years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and mentor team members
- Experience working in a sales-focused environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional maturity and entrepreneurial mentality
Job Duties
- Lead and motivate a team of baristas and shift supervisors to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and store cleanliness
- Coach and mentor team partners to develop their skills and foster professional growth
- Drive sales performance through effective execution of brand standards and promotional activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Cultivate a welcoming environment that promotes community connection and customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain positive relationships and brand loyalty
