Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach and mentor team members
  • Experience working in a sales-focused environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional maturity and entrepreneurial mentality

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate a team of baristas and shift supervisors to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and store cleanliness
  • Coach and mentor team partners to develop their skills and foster professional growth
  • Drive sales performance through effective execution of brand standards and promotional activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Cultivate a welcoming environment that promotes community connection and customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain positive relationships and brand loyalty
