Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country
- ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- commitment to maintaining Starbucks\' standards and values
- ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment
- demonstrated leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop team members
Job Duties
- lead and coach the coffeehouse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- manage daily store operations ensuring adherence to company standards
- oversee inventory management and merchandising
- develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
- foster a positive and inclusive work environment encouraging team collaboration
- handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively
- maintain safety and cleanliness standards within the store
