Job Requirements
- Availability to work full-time including one rotating weekend shift
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in retail or food service
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Job Duties

- Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels for efficiency and labor goals
- Oversee daily operations, from opening to closing, ensuring smooth workflows and consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory, place orders, and monitor waste control
- Foster strong relationships with guests and handle feedback with professionalism
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects Revive & Co's welcoming, wellness-driven brand
- Handle cash management, deposits, and basic reporting
- Monitor sales, labor costs, and expenses to meet performance goals
- Support ownership with operational insights and continuous improvement initiatives
