Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing eligibility for employment
- ability to work full-time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- flexibility to work variable hours possibly exceeding 40 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales-driven experience
- proven leadership abilities with maturity in coaching and mentoring team members
Job Duties
- lead and mentor a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- manage daily store operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards

- implement and maintain inventory and supply management to support store needs
