Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing eligibility for employment
  • ability to work full-time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • flexibility to work variable hours possibly exceeding 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales-driven experience
  • proven leadership abilities with maturity in coaching and mentoring team members

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • manage daily store operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards
  • foster a welcoming and inclusive environment promoting customer connection and satisfaction
  • implement and maintain inventory and supply management to support store needs
  • coach and develop partners with a focus on professional growth and team collaboration
  • drive sales and achieve financial goals through effective business management
  • resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining Starbucks' reputation for quality and service
