Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work legally in the country
- Ability to work full-time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays
- Availability to exceed 40 hours per week as required
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED
- Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
- Proven leadership ability to coach and mentor with professional maturity

- Lead and manage daily coffeehouse operations
