Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a sales-focused environment
  • Proven leadership abilities with professional maturity
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage daily store operations ensuring efficiency and quality
  • Coach and mentor partners to foster professional development
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
