Job Requirements
- Legal documentation proving eligibility to work in the country
- Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week
- Commitment to upholding company values and standards
- Availability to work flexible and peak hours
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of U.S. Military service
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership and team coaching experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with sales-focused background
- Professional maturity and ability to mentor others
Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily store operations
- Coach and mentor team partners to enhance skills and performance
- Foster a warm and welcoming environment for customers
- Ensure achievement of sales goals and operational standards
- Oversee inventory and maintain quality control
- Implement company policies and uphold brand standards
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
