Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation proving eligibility to work in the country
  • Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week
  • Commitment to upholding company values and standards
  • Availability to work flexible and peak hours

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of U.S. Military service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven leadership and team coaching experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with sales-focused background
  • Professional maturity and ability to mentor others

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily store operations
  • Coach and mentor team partners to enhance skills and performance
  • Foster a warm and welcoming environment for customers
  • Ensure achievement of sales goals and operational standards
  • Oversee inventory and maintain quality control
  • Implement company policies and uphold brand standards
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
