Job Requirements
- legal documentation to establish identity and eligibility to work
- ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week as needed
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or ged
- minimum 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
- proven leadership and coaching skills
- professional maturity in team management
Job Duties
- lead and mentor a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer service
- manage daily store operations including scheduling, inventory, and performance
- foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- drive sales and meet financial targets through effective team leadership
- ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
- support professional development and coaching for team members
- handle problem-solving and operational challenges with maturity and professionalism
