Job Requirements

  • legal documentation to establish identity and eligibility to work
  • ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week as needed

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or ged
  • minimum 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

  • proven leadership and coaching skills
  • professional maturity in team management

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer service
  • manage daily store operations including scheduling, inventory, and performance
  • foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
  • drive sales and meet financial targets through effective team leadership
  • ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
  • support professional development and coaching for team members
