Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience coaching and mentoring teams
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in sales-focused environments

Job Duties

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality
