Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation to work in the country of application
  • Ability to work full time, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
  • Proven leadership abilities with maturity and capability to coach and mentor others

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Coach and mentor team members to foster professional growth and development
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering to maintain product quality and availability
  • Implement and maintain health and safety standards in compliance with company policies
  • Drive sales through effective team engagement and marketing initiatives
  • Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain a positive store reputation
