Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country applied
  • Ability to work full time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work regularly more than 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience coaching and mentoring teams
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with sales-driven experience
  • Professional maturity and the ability to maintain a positive team culture

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the coffeehouse to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Coach and mentor team partners to develop skills and promote professional growth
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with Starbucks’ values
  • Maintain high-quality product standards and store cleanliness
  • Drive sales goals and manage inventory effectively
  • Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a friendly atmosphere
  • Implement company policies and uphold safety and compliance standards
