Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country applied
- Ability to work full time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work regularly more than 40 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership abilities with experience coaching and mentoring teams
- Entrepreneurial mentality with sales-driven experience
- Professional maturity and the ability to maintain a positive team culture
Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily operations of the coffeehouse to ensure excellent customer experience
- Coach and mentor team partners to develop skills and promote professional growth
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with Starbucks’ values
- Maintain high-quality product standards and store cleanliness
- Drive sales goals and manage inventory effectively
- Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a friendly atmosphere
- Implement company policies and uphold safety and compliance standards
