Job Requirements
- legal documentation to work in the country
- ability to work full time including over 40 hours per week

Job Duties
- lead and manage daily coffeehouse operations
- coach and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- develop and implement sales strategies to meet financial goals
- maintain inventory and ensure compliance with Starbucks quality standards
- foster a positive and inclusive team environment
- handle administrative responsibilities including scheduling and reporting
