Job Requirements
- Legal documentation to establish identity and employment eligibility
- ability to work full time including variable hours with early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- entrepreneurial mindset with experience in sales-focused environments
- professional maturity in managing and mentoring teams
Job Duties
- Manage daily store operations to drive sales success
