Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service

- Professional maturity and emotional intelligence
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor a team of partners to deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage daily coffeehouse operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Drive sales growth through a customer-focused approach and entrepreneurial mindset

- Oversee inventory management and product quality control
