Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the employment country
  • Ability to work full-time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment

  • Physical ability to perform duties associated with coffeehouse operations

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with sales-focused experience
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor professionally

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the coffeehouse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Coach and mentor team partners to foster professional growth
  • Maintain high standards of product quality and store operations
  • Ensure the store is a welcoming and inclusive community space
  • Manage sales performance and implement strategies to meet business goals
  • Handle scheduling and labor management efficiently
  • Address customer concerns promptly and effectively
