Job Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store location
  • must have reliable transportation to travel to assigned store
  • availability to work variable schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • minimum of 1 year people management experience
  • experience managing business operations including retail scheduling and labor hours

Job Duties

  • Create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment and culture
  • establish a vision for the store based on key metrics and initiatives and cascade it to all team members
  • manage the store's hiring strategy to build a strong and diverse team
  • support ongoing learning and development of all team members through feedback, coaching, and performance management
  • address employee concerns and escalate with internal support as necessary
  • lead an exceptional guest experience by assessing guest connection and product education and coaching team accordingly
  • manage and direct in-store team members to optimize guest experience and support operations
  • address guest escalations and urgent issues promptly
  • cultivate and maintain inclusive community relationships with ambassadors, sweat leaders, and external partners
  • plan and execute community projects and initiatives
  • drive store visual merchandising, product strategy, and company-driven product actions
  • manage product sell-through, inventory accuracy, and deliveries
  • plan and execute quarterly and seasonal store strategies considering budget and labor
  • manage store profit and loss in line with targets
  • lead from the floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs through coaching
  • adhere to safety policies to maintain a safe work environment
  • perform duties in compliance with applicable policies and regulations
  • manage controllable budget, labor hours, and annual sales plan target
  • lead and manage all store leadership roles
  • hire and terminate store employees as necessary
