Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment

Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mindset with a sales-focused background
- proven leadership capability with experience coaching and mentoring teams
Job Duties
- lead and mentor a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer service
- manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning

- implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and drive store performance
