Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation for identity and eligibility to work legally
  • Ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Commitment to uphold company values and customer service standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor teams
  • Professional maturity and problem solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily coffeehouse operations
  • Coach and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain high standards of product quality and presentation
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and welcoming environment for customers and partners
  • Address and resolve operational and customer issues efficiently
  • Drive sales and manage resources effectively
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
