Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
- ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- commitment to work regularly in excess of 40 hours per week
- willingness to engage in variable scheduling as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US Military service
- strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales-focused experience
- proven leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor
- professional maturity in team management

- Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure quality service and product delivery
