Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country
  • ability to work full-time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
  • willingness to work over 40 hours per week as demanded by the role

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US Military service
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
  • proven leadership abilities with coaching and mentoring skills
  • professional maturity in handling team and customer interactions

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient store performance
  • drive sales growth through excellent service and product knowledge
  • maintain high standards of product quality and store cleanliness
  • develop and mentor partners fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  • resolve customer issues promptly with professional maturity
  • coordinate scheduling and labor management to meet business needs
