Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country
- ability to work full-time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- willingness to work over 40 hours per week as demanded by the role
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US Military service
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
- proven leadership abilities with coaching and mentoring skills
- professional maturity in handling team and customer interactions
Job Duties
- Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experience
- manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient store performance
- drive sales growth through excellent service and product knowledge
- maintain high standards of product quality and store cleanliness
- develop and mentor partners fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- resolve customer issues promptly with professional maturity
- coordinate scheduling and labor management to meet business needs
