Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership and coaching abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with sales focus
  • Professional maturity and ability to mentor effectively

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor team partners to cultivate a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure exceptional customer service that enhances the community experience
  • Manage daily store operations including inventory, sales, and scheduling
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store goals
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among partners
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards
  • Engage with the local community to strengthen the coffeehouse’s presence
