Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
- Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- Must be willing to work in excess of 40 hours per week when required
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Entrepreneurial mindset with sales focus
- Proven leadership and team coaching capabilities with professional maturity
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the coffeehouse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Drive sales and achieve business goals through effective team motivation
- Maintain operational excellence including inventory management and quality control
- Coach, mentor, and develop team partners with professional maturity
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere where customers and partners feel valued
- Handle organizational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth store operations
- Resolve problems and customer concerns promptly and effectively
