Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
  • Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Must be willing to work in excess of 40 hours per week when required

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with sales focus
  • Proven leadership and team coaching capabilities with professional maturity

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the coffeehouse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Drive sales and achieve business goals through effective team motivation
  • Maintain operational excellence including inventory management and quality control
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team partners with professional maturity
  • Foster an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere where customers and partners feel valued
  • Handle organizational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth store operations
  • Resolve problems and customer concerns promptly and effectively
