Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to work in the country
  • ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or ged
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years us military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
  • proven leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor
  • professional maturity in managing teams

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • manage daily store operations ensuring high standards of quality and service
  • develop and implement sales strategies to meet business goals
  • maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and partners
  • handle organizational tasks including scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
