Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work legally in the country of application
- ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week
- commitment to Starbucks values and customer service excellence
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales environment experience
- proven leadership and coaching abilities
