Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work legally in the country of application
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week
  • commitment to Starbucks values and customer service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales environment experience
  • proven leadership and coaching abilities

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor team partners with professional maturity
  • manage daily store operations to ensure outstanding customer service
