Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
- ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- willingness to work over 40 hours per week as needed
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or ged
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of us military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
- proven leadership and team development skills

- lead and manage daily coffeehouse operations
- coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
