Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
  • willingness to work over 40 hours per week as needed

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or ged
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of us military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • proven leadership and team development skills

Job Duties

  • lead and manage daily coffeehouse operations
  • coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
  • foster a welcoming and inclusive store environment
  • drive sales and ensure quality customer service
  • implement company policies and uphold operational standards
  • coordinate schedules and labor management
  • resolve customer and team issues promptly
