Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility
- Ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to work in excess of 40 hours per week as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
- Professional maturity in managing teams
Job Duties
- Manage daily coffeehouse operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Lead, coach, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive sales and achieve business performance goals
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cash handling processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
- Promote Starbucks values and culture within the team
