Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to work over 40 hours per week
  • minimum high school diploma or GED

  • three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the coffeehouse
  • coach and mentor team members to foster professional growth
  • ensure exceptional customer service and create meaningful customer connections
  • maintain inventory and ensure quality standards
  • drive sales through a customer-focused approach
  • manage scheduling and staff responsibilities
  • resolve operational and team issues with problem-solving skills
