Job Requirements
- Legal documentation to establish identity and employment eligibility

Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor teams professionally
- Proven problem-solving and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate others
Job Duties
- Manage store operations to ensure efficient and smooth daily business activities
- Drive sales growth by leveraging business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Lead, coach, and develop store team members to maximize their individual and collective potential
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports team engagement and inspires high performance
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Starbucks values and delivering excellent customer experiences
- Integrate store activities with the local community to enhance customer and partner connections
- Oversee financial management including budgeting, expense control, and meeting sales targets
