Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
  • Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service

  • Coach and mentor team partners to foster professional growth and maturity
  • Implement sales-focused strategies that drive community engagement and business growth
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to meet the demands of variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Resolve customer issues with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Maintain inventory and supplies to support smooth store function
  • Uphold company policies and standards promoting an inclusive and welcoming environment
