Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation to work in the country
  • Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US military service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Professional maturity in team management

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor a team of baristas and staff to deliver exceptional customer service

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplies to maintain optimal stock levels
