Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
- Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- Minimum high school or GED
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
- Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
Job Duties
- Lead and coach team partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage daily coffeehouse operations including staffing, inventory, and sales goals
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- Implement Starbucks standards for product quality and service excellence
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting
- Resolve customer and partner issues with professionalism and care
