- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country
- ability to work full time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US Military service
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
- professional maturity and effective interpersonal communication
Job Duties
- lead coffeehouse operations to meet quality and customer service standards
- coach and mentor team members to develop skills and foster a positive work environment
- manage inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- drive sales and implement strategies to achieve business goals
- oversee scheduling and labor management to optimize store performance
- engage with customers to enhance their experience and build community connections
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffeehouse
