Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country
  • ability to work full time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US Military service
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
  • professional maturity and effective interpersonal communication

Job Duties

  • lead coffeehouse operations to meet quality and customer service standards
  • coach and mentor team members to develop skills and foster a positive work environment
  • manage inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • drive sales and implement strategies to achieve business goals
  • oversee scheduling and labor management to optimize store performance
  • engage with customers to enhance their experience and build community connections
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffeehouse
