Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
  • ability to work full time including variable hours with early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
  • willingness to work more than 40 hours per week as required

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales-focused experience
  • proven leadership skills with coaching and mentoring ability

Job Duties

  • Lead the coffeehouse team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • manage daily store operations including inventory and sales
  • coach and mentor team members with professional maturity
  • maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • implement sales and marketing initiatives to grow business
  • resolve customer issues with effective problem-solving
  • ensure compliance with company policies and standards
