Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
  • willingness to work more than 40 hours per week as required

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
  • strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor
  • professional maturity in managing teams

  • Lead and manage the coffeehouse team to deliver exceptional customer service

  • develop and execute sales strategies to meet business goals
  • oversee daily operations including inventory and quality control
  • resolve organizational and customer issues effectively
