Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country
- ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- willingness to work more than 40 hours per week as required
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
- strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
- proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor
- professional maturity in managing teams
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the coffeehouse team to deliver exceptional customer service
- coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
- develop and execute sales strategies to meet business goals
- oversee daily operations including inventory and quality control
- resolve organizational and customer issues effectively
- foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
