Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • entrepreneurial mindset with experience in sales-focused environments
  • proven leadership ability to coach and mentor team members with professionalism
  • excellent problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor store team partners to deliver exceptional customer service
  • manage daily store operations including inventory, staffing, and financial performance
  • create a warm and welcoming environment for all customers
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • implement and maintain Starbucks standards for coffee quality and store presentation
  • facilitate professional development and training for team members
  • resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency
