Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • acceptance of work schedules regularly exceeding 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • proven leadership abilities with coaching and mentoring experience
  • entrepreneurial mindset with sales-focused environment experience

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor store partners to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • manage daily store operations including inventory, scheduling, and sales performance
  • foster a warm and welcoming environment for customers and community members
  • implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets
  • coach and develop team members with professional maturity
  • maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards
  • coordinate with corporate teams to drive store success
