Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
- Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Relevant retail or military leadership experience
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor team partners
- Must be eligible to work in the country of application
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
- Ability to work full time with flexible and variable hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of partners to deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage daily coffeehouse operations ensuring quality and efficiency
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed financial targets
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- Maintain organizational standards and compliance with company policies
- Coach team partners with professional maturity and support their growth
- Handle scheduling, inventory management, and operational problem solving
