Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country applied
  • ability to work full-time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays with work often exceeding 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
  • proven leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor team members
  • professional maturity in leadership style

Job Duties

  • lead and manage the coffeehouse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • coach and mentor partners to develop their skills and professional maturity
  • oversee daily operations ensuring adherence to company standards and policies
  • drive sales and meet financial performance goals
  • maintain strong organizational and problem-solving practices to resolve operational challenges
  • foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for customers and partners
  • ensure compliance with scheduling requirements including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
