Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for legal employment
  • Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of U.S. military service
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-driven environment
  • Ability to coach and mentor with professional maturity

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage daily coffeehouse operations and ensure quality standards
  • Coach and mentor team members to foster professional growth
  • Oversee sales performance and motivate the team to meet targets
