Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
  • ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily coffeehouse operations to ensure quality and service standards
  • mentor and coach team partners to foster growth and collaboration
  • manage scheduling and staffing to meet business needs
  • uphold health and safety guidelines within the store
  • drive sales through effective team leadership and customer engagement
  • resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism
  • maintain inventory controls and product freshness
