Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
- ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
- demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities
- professional maturity in managing teams
Job Duties
- Oversee daily coffeehouse operations to ensure quality and service standards
- mentor and coach team partners to foster growth and collaboration
- manage scheduling and staffing to meet business needs
- uphold health and safety guidelines within the store
- drive sales through effective team leadership and customer engagement
- resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism
- maintain inventory controls and product freshness
