Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
  • ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • commitment to work regularly in excess of 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years U.S. military service
  • strong leadership skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with experience in sales-focused environment
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • ability to coach and mentor team partners with maturity
