Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation to verify identity and employment eligibility

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily coffeehouse operations
  • coach and mentor team partners to enhance their skills and professionalism
  • ensure high standards of product quality and customer service

  • handle inventory management and operational compliance
