Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior retail or customer service experience preferred
  • reliable and able to manage time effectively

Job Duties

  • Resolve all customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner
  • report all customer feedback and actions taken to the District Manager
  • provide a clean, well-stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere
  • complete daily administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager
  • act as a positive role model for fellow employees
  • supervise employees
  • execute all aspects of company promotions as communicated by the Marketing Manager
