Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- reliable and able to manage time effectively

Job Duties
- Resolve all customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner
- report all customer feedback and actions taken to the District Manager
- provide a clean, well-stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere
- complete daily administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager
- act as a positive role model for fellow employees
- supervise employees
- execute all aspects of company promotions as communicated by the Marketing Manager
