Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience
- Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience
- Willingness to accept promotion roles within the designated market
- Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the market
- Ability to work varied schedules
- Commitment to CVS Health values and policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience may be considered
- Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform customer service duties
- Experience with merchandising strategies
- Leadership potential and willingness to learn
- Ability to work varied schedules
Job Duties
- Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team
- Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service
- Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth
- Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability
- Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support your path to promotion
- Support your store as a management team member consistent with CVS values and policies
- Engage colleagues in support of the company’s purpose of helping people on their path to better health
