Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed
  • ability to work full time including over 40 hours per week
  • availability for variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales-focused experience
  • proven leadership abilities with capacity to coach and mentor
  • professional maturity in managing diverse teams
