Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed
- ability to work full time including over 40 hours per week
- availability for variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales-focused experience
- proven leadership abilities with capacity to coach and mentor
- professional maturity in managing diverse teams
