Job Requirements

  • retail and/or food service background
  • minimum 2 years in a supervisor or manager role
  • ability to analyze sales numbers, ratios, percentages
  • high school diploma required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • flexibility and strength to load supplies and equipment
  • excellent communication skills
  • passion for serving guests
  • goal-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of high school diploma
  • associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • minimum 2 years in a supervisor, manager, or leadership role managing a team of at least 5 people
  • strong math and language skills
  • ability to read and comprehend instructions, write professional reports, and communicate effectively
  • excellent organizational skills
  • acute problem-solving abilities
  • passion for customer service and team leadership

Job Duties

  • interview, hire, train, and coach a team of world-class associates
  • drive store sales through promotional activities
