Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
  • Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor

  • Ensure the highest quality coffee and product presentation are maintained at all times
