Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
- Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor

Job Duties
- Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage daily store operations including inventory, sales goals, and compliance with company standards
- Coach and mentor team partners to foster professional growth and enhance performance
- Oversee implementation of company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
- Analyze sales data and develop strategies to achieve financial objectives
- Cultivate a culture of connection and community within the coffeehouse
- Ensure the highest quality coffee and product presentation are maintained at all times
