Job Qualifications

  • professional maturity and problem-solving capabilities

  • Lead daily coffeehouse operations ensuring exceptional service and product quality
  • coach and mentor team partners to develop skills and professional growth
  • manage sales and inventory with an entrepreneurial focus
  • foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and staff
  • resolve customer and partner issues with problem-solving skills and professionalism
  • implement company policies and adhere to safety and compliance regulations
  • contribute to the development and execution of business goals and community engagement
