Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment
- Ability to work full time exceeding 40 hours per week
- Willingness to work variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Entrepreneurial mentality with sales focus
- Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor teams with professionalism
- Flexibility to work varied hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality
